The Brief

Research & Concepts
My initial research was into current trending women's athleisure. I looked for a mix of oversized and slouchy silhouettes and also tight-fitting leggings and crop tops. I then drafted my initial designs (as shown below), and included layering elements with jackets as it was for their first AW collection.

Research Around Colours
My approach for the colour palette was to use the AW24/25 but adapt it to fit with Arne's identity. They use a lot of muted, cool-tone colours but also slight pops of colour. I decided to mix the grey and the plum together to make a subtle lavender colour. And the green and plum to achieve a cool-toned sage colour. Paired with the grey colours that Arne already uses, this was my final colour palette for my mini collection.

Technical Drawings
After my final designs and concepts were developed, I created my tech drawings in Adobe Illustrator and a Spec sheet of the sage green hoodie.

Final Line-up

Summary
I had very positive feedback from my presentation which landed me the job.
Unfortunately the internship was pulled but I felt proud that I managed to land it and when their womenswear collection came out I felt it reflected the work I had put in. Meaning, I had a true understanding of the brand and could produce sketches/work that fit their brand identity.
